Computer Science Book Reviews

Computer Science section is a catch all for the various books that don't fit into the other sections. The IT books reviewed here tend to deal with the border issues of Software Development and practice, or form good foundation for software projects.

Computer Science Sections

Maths: Logical discrete mathematics is a central theme in programming and computer science. The functional langauges are more attuned to more advanced mathematics and algebra is used extensively throughout all languages. Business: Business and informtion technology is very tightly linked. Most businesses rely on technology so an understanding of business practices is important to computer science. Artificial Intelligence: Artificial Intelligence has been a goal of computer science from the beginning. Law: Law forms a interesting part of computer technology, whilst there are many parallels and existing laws do cover a lot of the cyber space, cyber space is different to physical reality in many ways. The Law Books reveiwed here deal with Information Technology Law and Contract Law.
