Unfortunately not too many texts have been written on the matter of cyber encryption, practitioners tend to keep cryptography, decryption and cryptanalysis knowledge fairly well guarded. The Code Book is a gentle introduction to ciphers, steganography and code words. The history of secret writings and communication is explored old and recent. The Code Book is a light read in what is normally quite a heavy field.
